Terms and rules
Version of 10 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Brokaa Cloud Solution, which operates Lebah IT (lebah.it). By creating an account you accept them and the privacy notice.
1. Your account
- Give a real name and an email address you can read. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account and your team.
- You must be able to enter a contract under Malaysian law to open an account.
- Only link WhatsApp numbers that you own or are allowed to use.
2. Packages
- Free: one WhatsApp number, which must be the number you log in with. You can message up to 2 listed recipients. Includes 500 message credits.
- Career: one number at a time, which must be the number you log in with; up to 10 listed recipients; for the price shown on the packages page for 2 months.
- Business & Organisation: one number at a time, which must be the number you log in with; no recipient limit; a team of up to 5 people including the owner; for the price shown on the packages page per month.
- A paid package is not renewed automatically. Paying again before it ends adds the time to the end of the current period. When a package ends, the account returns to Free.
3. Free message credits and refills
- On Free, every message received and every message sent through a linked number uses one credit.
- When credits run low, the Lebah IT official WhatsApp number tells you, and you can earn 500 more by sharing your experience in a public post and submitting the post link with the code shown in the app.
- The post must be public, written by you, contain the code, and stay up. Refills are checked automatically; posts that are fake, copied or removed may have their credits taken back.
- There is no limit on how many times you redeem, as long as each post follows these rules.
4. Payments
- Payments are made through a licensed third-party payment provider (online banking FPX or card). Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.
- The package is added as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Refunds: a payment can be refunded if you were charged but the package was not applied, or if you were charged twice. Write to privacy@lebah.it within 14 days. Your rights under Malaysian consumer law are not affected.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Lebah IT to:
- Send spam, or bulk messages to people who did not agree to hear from you.
- Send content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or fraudulent, including scams and phishing.
- Break WhatsApp's terms and policies, or impersonate someone else.
- Collect or use other people's personal data without a lawful basis under the PDPA.
- Probe, overload or attack the service, or try to reach other users' data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and report unlawful use to the authorities.
6. WhatsApp
Lebah IT connects to the WhatsApp platform as an authorised linked device on your behalf. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may limit or ban numbers that send unwanted messages; send at a natural pace and only to people who expect to hear from you. We are not responsible for actions WhatsApp takes on your number.
7. AI features
AI replies and analyses are written by a machine from your instructions and the conversation. They can be wrong. You are responsible for messages sent from your numbers, including AI replies you turn on.
8. Service and liability
- We work to keep Lebah IT available, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by WhatsApp, hosting or network problems.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data.
- You can stop using Lebah IT and delete your account at any time from the Account page.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
